If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to rebook the unit.
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather. However, if weather conditions are marginal when we drop off the unit, and you decide to keep the unit, please do not allow children to play in the unit while it is raining. The units become very slippery when they get wet and slipping can injure children as well as adults.

There is common misconseption that bounce houses are not safe. This includes a leaf blower cleaning, power wash and sanitation, and inspection to ensure there are no damages that could harm customers or their children.

In addition, our bounce houses are made of heavy duty 18.5oz, fire retardant vinyl with double and triple stitching -making them the strongest in the industry! Our bounce houses are placed over industrial tarps to protect the unit from various ground surfaces. Straps and stakes are also a must to secure the unit from moving while entertaining.
