What is your "bad weather" policy?

Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. We will call you the day before your rental if there is a threat of "bad weather". We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if heavy rains or high winds are expected over 20 mph.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

The best way to ensure that you can reserve the unit that you would like to book is to make your reservation as soon as you have set your event date. Summer rentals book fast, and some weekends, all of our units go out.

Can the unit be used in the rain?

We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is severe weather. However, if weather conditions are marginal when we drop off the unit, and you decide to keep the unit, please do not allow children to play in the unit while it is raining. The units become very slippery when they get wet and slipping can injure children as well as adults.

Do I have to keep the blower on at all times?

Please keep the blower on when the unit is set up for enjoyment. The unit uses less energy than a hair dryer. However, if you need to turn off the unit for any reason, it is perfectly safe. Just make sure everyone has exited the unit and that the unit collapses onto itself and not onto any sharp objects or obstructions.

Does the bounce house have to be set up in a backyard or on the grass? What about pavement or concrete?

Our units can be set up on grass or paved surfaces. With pavement or concrete, instead of anchoring the units with stakes in the ground, we anchor them with 60 lb sandbags for your safety. We also put a protective tarp under the unit to protect it from the abrasive movement across paved or rough surfaces.

What happens when the unit is delivered?

Our technician will inspect the site where the unit is to be placed to ensure that it is free of any obstacles or hazards to the unit or to anyone playing in it. Since the unit has to be anchored, the technician will inquire as to any underground sprinkler systems to make sure that our stakes do not puncture a hidden line. After the inspection, we will set up the unit and review our safe operating instructions.

Are the units cleaned after every rental?

Yes. After each use, our bounce houses are thoroughly vacuumed (even between the seams) to get dirt and debris. After the unit is vacuumed, it is wiped down with disinfecting cleaner. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean unit to your event.

Can a bounce house be set up indoors?

Yes, we do set up bounce houses indoors -assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. Spaces that are typically large enough are gyms, stages, shopping malls and convention halls.

Will the bounce house harm my lawn?

No, the unit will not harm your lawn. We place a tarp down under the bounce house to make sure the movement will minimize any damage. We place stakes in the yard to help anchor the unit, but this does not do permanent damage.

Should an adult supervisor be present at all times?

Yes. An adult supervisor MUST be present when anyone is in the unit to ensure it's safely operated. In addition, the supervisor is there to help individuals get in and out of the unit safely.

Are bounce houses safe?

There is common misconseption that bounce houses are not safe. Our experience has shown with proper preventative maintenance each time a rental is booked and recieved, injuries linked to equipment failure do not occur. This includes a leaf blower cleaning, power wash and sanitation, and inspection to ensure there are no damages that could harm customers or their children.

In addition, our bounce houses are made of heavy duty 18.5oz, fire retardant vinyl with double and triple stitching -making them the strongest in the industry! Our bounce houses are placed over industrial tarps to protect the unit from various ground surfaces. Straps and stakes are also a must to secure the unit from moving while entertaining. Our staff is friendly, knowledgable, and always on time!

Do you have liability insurance?

Absolutely. We have a General Liability Policy for our bounce houses. A copy can be given on request.
